Abstract
Three major regional deformation stages of Central Chukotka tectonic evolution were determined in Paleozoic-Mesozoic deposits of Kiber Cape. The research was based on a structural analysis of the linear and planar elements. Ellesmerian (Late Devonian) structural parageneses were masked during (at least) two phases of young Mesozoic-Cenozoic deformations: syncollisional North-North-East - South-South-West and North-West - South-East regional compressions and post-collisional extension of various directions, followed the compressions. The structural data comparison was made for Kiber Cape region, South-Anyui suture and Western Chukotka sector. It was emphasized that these regional units have similar structure styles and coeval phases of the tectonic transformations.

Abstract
Prior to the beginning of a trap volcanism of Central Siberia there was a plain, covered by Cordaitanthales. Slope herbaceous cover consisted mainly of ferns. Equisetopsida prevailed in the swampy lowlands. Volcanic eruptions at the end of Vishkilian (Severodvinian) led to the formation of a hill. It was covered by similar vegetation, but vegetation of herbaceous slopes substantially prevailed. Woody vegetation was dominated at only two locations, it was also about 50% at three locations and absent at two ones. Associations of the grassy slopes in most places were at least 46%, they were about 100% in two places and absent in 42% of the places. Ferns dominated sharply. Todites (?) anthriscifolia, Todites (?) sibirica, Prynadaeopteris (?) karpovii, rarely Cladophlebis aff. taimyrensis were dominants. Sometimes Prynadaeopteris (?) venusta were codominants. Yavorskyia radczenkovii sometimes codominated among gymnosperms. The herbaceous cover of the lowlands was dominated by Equisetopsida. At two locations, they are about 100%, and more than 50% at two ones , and from 12 to 33% at four ones. They are absent only at two localities. Paracalamites were usually dominants. Sometimes hyllotheca turnaensis, P. minuta, Paraschizoneura codominated. In the basins, Palaeoanodonta (Bivalve) had a significant role. Thus, the composition of the flora of the Late Gagary-Ostrovian time has a little difference from the Early Gagary-Ostrovian, but the ecological differences are significant. Forest communities are inferior to the dominant role of herbaceous slopes ones. This makes the flora of the Late Gagary-Ostrovian time be similar to the followed Tutonchanian - Early Dvurogyan flora in the ecological sense.

Abstract
In a complex and diverse reef community composition the biogenic nature of the deposition of the carbonate material is the most evident. Biotic crises, after which a significant evolutionary update of the organic world took place, also affected sedimentary processes. An analysis of the data on the upper Devonian reefs of the studied region has led to the conclusion about the absence of a direct relationship between the mass extinction event and the Upper Frasnian reef development within the Pechora syneclise.

Abstract
It is shown that at the rather numerous near-surface gold-silver ore deposits (sometimes with tellurides), developed in the East of Russia, the fractured ore conduits can be revealed. From them, the bundles and a series of vein-veinlet ore bodies or metasomatic gold-bearing rocks start. In both cases the areas with bonanza contents of the noble metals are established. The portion of their stocks sometimes reaches 70% in a total. Exploration drilling along the barren flanks of the ore-conducting channels can identify new ore, hidden in the depth interval from 100-200 to 400 meters or more, and replenish stocks of the deposits.

Abstract
The main methods are considered and results of the modeling of the geochemical processes in submarine hydrothermal solutions of mid-ocean ridges discharge zones are analyzed. Initial materials for modeling were received at several sea expeditions, including operations at the Russian-French expedition SERPENTINE on RV «Pourquoi Pas?» (2007). For carrying out a computer thermodynamic modeling, hydro-geochemical and physicochemical models of a zone of hydrothermal discharge are created. Verification of model is carried out on the change of concentration of manganese in a hydrothermal plume. The prevailing forms of manganese migration in a plume are Mn2+, MnCl+, MnCl2. In a plume’s geochemical structure two zones are allocated: 1) high temperatures (350-100 °C), with the prevalence of the chloride complexes - buoyant plume; 2) low temperatures (100-2 °C), with the domination of a transfer in a form of free bivalent ion - lateral plume. The sulphate complex is observed in insignificant quantities (1,5 %) in a lateral plume, hydroxide - is stable at temperatures 325-125 °C and can be observed only in the buoyant plume. The results of the modeling almost completely correspond to the natural observations. A verification of the thermodynamic model testifies to her working capacity and allows to pass to the following stage of researches - to studying the geochemical dispersion nature of the main ore components in hydrothermal solutions - Fe, Cu, Zn, etc.

Abstract
The results of the research on the functioning of the hydraulic systems of the hydraulic drilling rigs are analyzed. A focal point of the paper is a research of the functioning of the linear hydraulic throttles under the various connection schemes. The advantages of the hybrid scheme of an axial pressure feeding mechanism are assessed. Recommendations for the usage of the synthetic oils, for the reduction of the tubes and pipes resistances and for the designing of the drilling rig hydraulic supply lines are given.

Abstract
The paper considers the territory of the Black Sea coast of North-West Caucasus, to determine the complexity and the degree of variability of the engineering-geological conditions as factors of the degree of a local seismic hazard changing. A complex studying of the territory has been executed, the major engineering-geological factors defining the specifics of microseismic zoning, have been defined. The engineering-geological and seismic properties of the main stratigraphic-genetic complexes and engineering-geological elements have been analyzed. An influence of the soil conditions on seismic intensity has been specified, a calculation of the sizes of an increment of the seismic intensity for the typical conditions by means of a method of seismic rigidities has been executed. An assessment of the spatial variability of the possible sizes of an increment of seismic intensity at the sites with standard geological sections by geostatistical methods has been made. A model of a total size of the increment of the seismic intensity in the explored territory has been developed. It has been established that elements of a rank of engineering-geological subdistricts and sites, which are an analog of seismic microdistricts, are the most uniform in engineering-geological and seismic properties.

Abstract
The results of an analysis of the use of trade operations in the market of precious metals have been enumerated. We gave the characteristic of the market objects (standard and small bars) and accounts (allocated and unallocated), which are used for accounting precious metals in the market. The assignment for the subsoil use of the operations such as “spot” and “swap” types, as well as deposit, optional, futures and forward transactions, has been presented. The actions of a gold mining company, within the situation of an expected fall of prices, and a company that consumes gold (precious metals), in terms of a projected increase of prices, have been considered. The formulae for determining the forward price of the precious metals and the cost of the forward contract for subsoil users have been proposed.

Abstract
At Snezhnoe ruby deposit, localized in the eastern part of the tectonic zone of Central Pamir, two generations of sсapolite have been discovered by the textural and structural features. The first one is in paragenesis with ruby, plagioclase, phlogopite, muscovite, margarite and fuchsite. It was formed under the regional metamorphism of the high-temperature amphibole facies in the Early Proterozoic. The second generation is localized in the veins of the crossing ruby bodies. Two types of the veins have been distinguished: monomineral scapolite veins and polymineral - scapolite-margarite-muscovite ones. They were formed at the regressive stage of Cretaceous-Paleogene tectonic metamorphic cycle.
